4shared is a shitty website its time passed ages ago. It's got lowest speeds, no one uses it any more.
This whole model is outdated, I don't think many people buy accounts on those websites like 4shared or depositfiles, there still are some but very few. And 4shared was the lousiest service among others, so I'd be happy if google de-indexes it. Fuck it.

Not it was pretty much the best source for difficult to find downloads before the torrent era, and even after torrents I found some gems there.
This is pretty interesting development.

There are tons of warez forums and especially people who like to watch movies & series alot tend to get a premium account for whichever is the most used hoster in that forum.
I know a bunch of people who have premium accounts at ul.to or use a service like smoozed.
Downloading from those hosters is alot safer than torrenting.

One can buy a vpn or seedbox or whatever and torrent on it it'll be cheaper than those lousy crapholes. Idk who in XXI century would bother with 4shared it's shit.
