Make an End of Scammers!

I used to visit the shitlist section daily to get updated with bad people on BHW and to avoid any mistakes for my future purchases. I do have some thoughts regarding shitlist and making an end of it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I cant stop myself posting this here because I really hate to be in that condition (getting scammed) and was thinking about a good solution to end it.

Now what happens in BHW:
Scenario 1 -> A new user joins BHW , he scammed a BHW member, gets listed in shitlist, user got banned.
User creates account from another country IP, another email etc, repeat the same and finally gets banned again.

Scenario 2 -> A trusted VIP suddenly gets scammer face, gets listed in shitlist, finally got banned.
User creates new account and repeating the same.

In both scenarios people's money getting wasted. It may be common-sense not to buy anything from a newbee with no established business but newly registered users getting into trap very easily. For some people getting scammed of $$ is forgettable but for some people its not. We may tell its their responsibility not to spend money carelessly but we should also do something from our end to stop this rather than just banning them from website & it wont hurt the scammer either. Because then scammers will have thoughts like "why cant I register again and repeat the same, if what I get is just a ban from website?"

So what I would suggest is to expose their identity to the public (Including the name, IP address etc) so that any scammer will be afraid to perform scam in BHW because at the end they will have to hide their face if they want to get out of their home. If possible, please change the Site TOS accordingly and have a poll to see how many people will support this. I'm sure majority of us will support this and it will reduce the scammers entry by atleast 30-40%.

There's no way to do that unless you become a total dictatorship.

BHW takes the right balance IMO, weeding out scammers and doing what's possible to detect when they sign back in via another user.

Only wrong people have to fear for it!

BHW isn't an authority within reason and has no legal right to display private data. It sucks but thats the way it is, simple as that really.

The mods do a really good job, one that I wouldn't want to take part or help with, the amount of hassle they must deal with, sod that!

Also - Start displaying personal data and there is a massive risk of the site being deindexed, we all know how easy it is to get bad reviews, data hidden from Google... Its simple

Isn't that already being done, buyers and sellers get the chance to put their sides to the story, mods er, moderate and other members who are not directly involved can't make comments, seems a fair system to me

Disclosing IP addresses is not of much use as you yourself have mentioned that scammers will change their IP address and can do same thing again.
Regarding name - lets say a person from country A scammed someone from a country B. Even if you know scammers name do you think he/she will get affected by it? What will you do? go to a social network and accuse him or go on other forums and ask people to be aware of him.
It's a scammer after all we are talking about. If reputation meant so much to him would he scam? Me personally, I would never compromise my name or profile on this platform for a few bucks and I think most of the members wont!
Is just a few dickheads and nothing you can do about them. The way shitlist is being handled on BHW is good enough imo.

Even then it could be a hacked account and user on holidays. not responding to a shitlist gets you also banned after couple of days afaik or saw on SL. just to put an example

This way paypal should reveal Name, address and SSN of every person who lost the dispute.

i see many people get banned without being allowed to say their point.

How you think about it , Even if an innocent person had not given chance to prove himself and get banned for no real reason?
