well that depends how much account you will be using with mass planner, the more accounts you use the more resources it takes.

Never used 50 accs with MassPlanner before to know buddy But i would imagine you would need a VPS wtih at least 3-4 cores and 4 GB ram to be able to hold those 50-100 accounts.

Please ask the seller how much resource it can use with 50-100 accounts running at once and get a vps according to needed resources.

VPS`s and Shared Hosting - have a fair use policy for all resources including bandwidth - Its unlimited but if you spend to much of the shared resources - stream for example than you should upgrade to a streaming server/dedicated server.
