If I know someone's location and his username and ISP. Is there a trick to get his email?

username for what? when you say location do you need IP or co-ordinates? Either way, it's unlikely you can get an email address. Maybe if they have one tied to their broadband account (if private network being used) i think you should look at other options though.

I've a friend of mine on facebook, I only know his location and the ISP, butI need to get his email. I think there's a way out or a trick to get it.

If he is your friend then why can't you just ask them for it?

If you have a little confidence you could try a little Social Engineering

I don't believe it is allowed to discuss illegal stuffs here so the only way you can obtain it is to ask your friend directly or if you have decent social engineering skills, utilize it and brainstorm a way.
