I got my first ban ever today on my account and I've been running the same settings on it for the last 6 months... Weird

what were you doing, before the ban? Follow/Unfollow, Like rounds?

That could be why you're getting banned? People have a habit but not like clockwork for 6 months at a time

of course it could be, it's quite obvious that might be a bot.. but that could be also the case if somebody use random time?

Well that wasn't the statement I was answering but in my opinion, even random settings sometimes don't look human. I change my settings all the time, sometimes just turn the account promotions completely off for a couple of days. I download the APP, log in, log out, delete app etc

I noticed something strange, when I try to follow someone on IG, it says that I've followed him, but when I go back to my profile it shows "following: 0" when I click on that, it opens the list of people I've followed, but the number still stays at 0 lol.

I was follow/unfollow around 850 a day and 1400 likes plus like rounds, very high settings but never had a problem..
Yes true, I did change my settings up every 4 days to keep it changing, just weird everyone experienced this problem last night!
I think Instagram did a mistake today. I run over 200 accounts. More then 100 of them are accounts from my clients. 100% real with day by day activities. Rest of them are scammy Ogads accounts. Instagram banned around 10 of them (literally accounts suspended) and the rest of them got phone verifications.
Right now all accounts are back to me. Phone verifications are gone, suspended accounts are back! I think IG made a mistake and took it back.

Same, I bot 15 accounts, I post daily on them but 10 of them got banned, after seeing your reply I tried logging into them and I have gotten them back

Who do you guys use for proxies?
I use SquidProxies right now. Do you think it was about them?
This was what come to my mind as well. But bans and verification were random. I have over 65 proxies and I use 3 per proxy. and bans were not related with IPs because all bans were from different IPs. as well as verifications.
