My FB account is locked and FB wants me to verify my account with the number i have on file with that FB account. The problem is that I don't have access to this phone number. Is there a way I can use another phone number to verify? Or is this account dead if i dont have that phone number?

What will they do when i contact them? They will allow me to use a different number or is it better not to contact them because i have other accounts on this ip

same ip for several accounts is not problem. the problem is are you using them in spamming?!
if the agreed to change your phone try to use phone not used before in FB and you have access to it.

Their not spamming. IDK what triggered the block. I had several acccounts lately blocked
