I need someone that can help me solve a problem with my hosting account, i keep getting a report from hostgator (Automated TOS/CPU : Blocked).

I have tried to figure out what is using the cpu to this extent but have not been able to do that, i only have 4 WP sites and one Magento store on the shared hosting account.

Hope somebody can help with this.

There must be a plugin or a script that's consuming resources more than what's allocated to your account.
I'm guessing you have a shared hosting.

Exactly i use a shared hosting and this is what hostgator kept saying, but i can't identify the script.

Everything seems to point back to the Magento site though

HostGator has an error log where you can check the possible causes of that error. Feel free to PM me your name and Skype ID. If and when I have some free time, I will try to help you out.

Yeah i have the log and all, but i really can't figure out what the problem is.

My Skype ID johnny101192010, I'll really appreciate the help.

Thanks

List all the plugins you are using. Some are known to be resource hungry.
If you need the plugins then it might be time to upgrade your hosting.
Hostgator shared hosting is only really ok with lightweight sites with minimal traffic.

I've added you on Skype. For now, do the basic troubleshooting. HostGator gives suggestions on what you can do on your level if and when you see that warning from them. Make sure you follow those steps. Then, contact their chat support to let them know that you've followed their recommendations already. That might help in expediting the restoration of your account's status to normal.

I would have done the basic troubleshooting ic i knee how to, I'll try to share the log screenshots here if it's allowed.

Someone normally helps with this types of issues but he is on leave right now, I'll share a bit more info once am off the road.

Thanks

I really can't say, the last one i remember is the FB pixel, any other plugin might have been added by my developer

Hostgator has become such a piece of shit throughout the years. Back in the day they would have identified where the problem came and fixed it for you.

Very true, am thinking of moving because my eCommerce business has been offline more than it's online these days, sometimes customers call me to say the site is offline.

I would def need a webmaster to help with the process, don't wanna mess things up

Okay so i fixed the problem, and it came back even worse, now am thinking of moving to namecheap, any advice?

Dont move to another Shared hosting. Move to a small VPS. That will give you more resources and no one will shut you down.

Add me up. My skype id is repulsorbhw

Pretty good in server stuff, so I can handle this for you.

Cheers!
