Also how much better is to use PVA accounts ?
will it help not to get blocked by FACEBOOK

With ~10 unique posts with unique images.

Depends on group admins behavior also ;]... I wouldnt bother about facebook rules at a time

With a low profile activity such as lets say like 4-6 posts a day (4-6 groups)

But i post pict+text only, no links

Depends on how quick you post, keep a good delay between posts and everything will be fine

Between 300-350 seconds is safe enough for me

Before posting i always send/reply messages, add/confirm friend request, update status, post 2/3 photos, like 1 page. And i frequently change my profile photo once a week
