First Time Doing FACEBOOK ADS. Need help!

I recently launched an online clothing store, and am depending on FB Ads to generate most traffic and sales. I created a website with a general store name, to help me be flexible in terms of choosing niches. However as of right now i'm selling fitness clothing, as well as gamer clothing and funny shirts etc. I created 2 different campaigns on FB editor, one fitness and one gamer. I will post my stats below, however I need help interpreting whether or not these stats are good.

Unfortunately, I have gotten absolutely 0 sales as of right now. I have started messing with the campaigns, about 6 days ago but I kept switching them up until about yesterday (in case that effects optimization). The ads promote the product with a "Buy" button, as well as a caption along the lines of "Hurry! And get 15% off and free shipping with this code "blah20" click to shop now " and add a direct link.

If you can help me out and tell me what I'm doing wrong let me know. Always looking for a mentor!

Well there are a lot of bots on FB, i have gaming site, when i run adds i get like 300+ registered for day, but got like 10 new players... i bet same goes to sales...

I was considering hiring someone, but i'm not working with a large budget. Plus I'd like to try and learn how to set these Ads up properly myself. Been researching the topic for a month straight

I tried to vary my targeting. For both niches I created 2 ad sets, one ad targeting big popular pages (1,000,000+ Likes) and the "Test Group" ads targeting small specific groups (600,000 Likes and under). Also forgot to mention I focus on Mobile traffic

I have been retargeting for a few days, but doesn't that affect the CPC? From what I read people say that it takes 5 days or so for FB to optimize your ads. So constantly retargeting and waiting to get optimized while paying a high CPC is hurting my budget

You need first to grow your fb page with interactions and likes, after this fb will low your cpc

if your ad is engaging you will get lower cpc, try make more ad set with different graphic and text to test.

it is like fb saying: "ok the user is happy to see, comment and click on your ad, so i give you cheaper rate and i serve your ad first"

another advice: it is always better to send traffic to an opt in page then a sales page, because it is hard to convert the few clicks to make enough profit to cover the spending.

Dont buy fake likes mate. Grow organically.

That's what I'm initially going for, but I feel like people won't make purchases from online stores with 30 likes do you know what I mean? And getting a few thousand organic likes take a lot of time (and $ for ads). So I figured about 2k Likes or so would maybe help jump start?

if you send 100 clicks to a page that you giving freebie in exchange of their email (opt in to your email list), you might get 30-50 opt-in
in your autoresponder > thank you page url > redirect them to an offer after they opt-in, it might generate sales that cover the spending. (if it does cover the spending, mean you use fb ad for free)

you build a list, then sell them your product in email newsletter.
