How Do You Maximize Click Through On Amazon Review Articles?

Hey I'm starting up an amazon affiliate authority review site and I'm just wondering how do you go about maximizing the possibility of an interested reader clicking your link? Just some random questions. Assume a 750 single product focused article.

-Where do you put the link in the article?
-Do you make it an image like a buy now button?

Can someone PM me a site that has a good layout for Amazon affiliate that you think would do well? It doesn't have to be yours, just one you know of. I'd like to see how to do it right!

1. I put the links in a hyperlink like "Check out the PRODUCT on Amazon.com" in the first or second paragraph.
2. Yes. I do put the amazon buy now button photoshopped with the image.

I have about 5-10 links per article.

Thank you so much for the quick reply! How many products do you promote per article? (How many links per product) Also where do you put the photoshopped image in the article? top bottom etc.

If it's a best or top product, it usually starts at 5 products.
I put the photoshopped article beside or under the H2/H3 tag which is usually the product name.
