Payment account suspended

I used a credit card with a matching zip code and address to the location on my facebook ads account. It was immediately disabled and is now asking for the payment info.

Will they know if I put in the facebook ad accounts name or do I need to use the real name on the card, my real account was already suspended under that name.

i think you will be asked for goverment id or something like that, all you need to do is submit to them and wait for a few days or weeks...

This isnt an account under my real name. I have and id for the account, I just havent had any success with the other accounts when I submitted it. The name on the fb account does not match the one on the card. It is a capital one credit card, do they know if the name is different?

Do you mean real name FB acc got suspended? You can use entropay ,create vcc and use that for your account.

Create a Facebook Business account ASAP and add 2 ad accounts within that. These will be your backup in case they block your main one completely.

This isnt an account under my real name. It is a business account and it already has the personal account +2 business ad accounts. I used one of the business ad accounts. Does the name on the credit card have to match?
