do you guys know of any way to convert money from PayPal to Bitcoin without burrocracy?

Or if any member is interested in giving a vote of confidence we can do small business initially to verify my integrity and thus increasing the credit over time.

I need Bitcoins for yesterday.

It's hard to find someone who exchange PayPal to Bitcoin because there are so much cases of fraud with it..

Yes, that is because ultra high risk. The offer stands no ID, no question, new account allowed. I'd translate it to "fraud money is okay" to be honest, so this is the price for the guy getting his account banned for fraud money.

If your money is super-duper legit better go with some bank transfer or WU option with a trusted site/seller that'll be lower since implies lower risks on their side.

Any way if some one offers you to exchange your PP at 0-20% without ID and whatever I won't go with that offer, it is 100% scam.

If you are buying bitcoins, you are safe, the seller is risking because of all the chargebacks and frauds. Once he sends you the bitcoins that is final, he can never (forcefully) get it back, so he is risking, not you. With trusted sites like paxful and localbitcoins you should not worrie.

but you can do via a debit card service like uquid
- deposit paypal to uquid card ( you may be need verify your card first- rules changed from 15/12)
- use card for buy bitcoin ( coinbase ....)
or you can unload balance into our uquid and using this balance to exchange with uquid exchanger partner

it will make sure your fund 100% secure

in paxful mostly fraud happens with paypal method, so be alert while selecting buyers, check their history & keep record of all chats with seller.

You get an address, and other people send u money. Like an email address people send u money on Paypal, but bitcoins, there are Many Paypals.
