People actually get bitter about PewDiePie? I don't watch him but he completely outpaced every content creator on Youtube in less than a year. That has to say something, he hustles, as much as his act can be annoying. His target demographic is obviously <18, just like every pop-singer.

I'm not a fan, but in his roots I figured he was doing at least all of his own production and post for his videos. You can throw money at Adobe Premiere but it's not going to magically create content for you, that's where I think he has initiative, but I never read about how he got started or who he's paying to help with production.
