Good start. You're not ghosted. Whatever you're doing with your main account, keep doing it. But don't spam. You should join as many active groupboards possible for similar niche. Also, include quotes and inspirational-type boards; those are popular. Make groupboards in your niche as well.
Sounds like you have support accounts, but not really getting much traction. Pick a handful of these support accounts that you can comfortably manage and use them as a normal user would. Best tip I can give for this is pick a normal, non-marketing, active profile and copy their boards. A normal girl/woman using pinterest is your goal. Make each one with their own personality, but interested in your niche. Grow these support accounts as you would your main. Get them into groupboards; make groupboards as well. Be sure to have a different IP for each.
As of now, there's not enough data to tell if the problem is with your pics. But your focus should be growing your main account along with supporting accounts. If you feel the need to pin from your site, use a 10/1 ratio to start. Then adjust as necessary. You don't want to be caught spamming. Also, at the start, pin directly from main and repin with support. Down the line, you can pin directly from support if it feels right.
Just to give you a perspective, your main profile has greater numbers than my latest money account which is 1+ yr old. But my domain views/impressions are in 2-3k range since I have decently strong supporting accounts. My support accounts are 2+ yr with 15-30k followers, 20k+ pins. I've been busy w/ these. Botting is up to you. I use imacro.
Lastly, followers are misleading because anytime I look at a series of 10 followers on any account, it seems that 5 or more are bots or other marketers only interested in me following them back.
Good luck!
