How to use charlesProxy to capture traffic

Hi guys, I'd like to know how do I use CharlesProxy to capture Http Traffic.

I was using LiveHttpHeader and they suggested me to use CharlesProxy as it's efficient but I'm struggling to use the traffic I captured from Charles in a VB.Net project cause I need to make an
HttpWebRequest but I don't know what to take from Charles in order to make thaat HTTPWebRequest in VB.Net.

I used charles proxy when I was repeating a request to get unlimited coins from a game. Maybe you can use it to see the text/php you send or receive from you.

Within your request as shown in the code, just the same as adding a useragent, E.g.

Dim request As HttpWebRequest = CType(Net.WebRequest.Create(URL), HttpWebRequest)
request.Proxy = New WebProxy("127.0.0.1", 8888)
request.Useragent = "Bot Traffic"
