How To Edit Categories Of A WordPress Site ?

I would like to know how to edit the Category section in WordPress.
For eg: Is there any way to add any image or thumbnail to any list of categories ?

In your Wordpress admin dashboard, on the left hand side where it says "posts" highlight that, and under it will be categories. Click that and you can edit them from there

You can do that in your Appearance > theme options.

If you are going to edit css then you need a child theme as everything would be lost with the next update. As you don't seem to know the WordPress basics maybe it would be best to get to know WordPress first before worrying about editing css

Just see the customize or Editor in Appearance..you can edit whatever you want to change
