2. How to avoid unnecessary refunds made by some so called smart assholes on ebay even though the product is delivered or the product is working.

1. You mean if there are invoices from your supplier regarding the TRUE value of the product? You should contact your supplier and tell him to remove all stuff that could lead to the true origin of the product.
2. You will never avoid all of them, but there are a few techniques to reduce refund rates. These include fast responding times, ALWAYS using ePacket or faster delivery services, providing tracking numbers as soon as possible. If someone wants a refund and the product was cheap - simply refund him. It sucks, but its better than the hassle involved in negotiating with PayPal, countless emails and the risk of getting your PayPal account flagged if it happens to often.
