For some practices I am in need of a windows VPS.
I will be happy to start with a windows VPS for $1-$4 USD [1GB RAM & some 50GB SSD will be a plus].

If anyone can suggest me for such kind of stuffs, I will give a tight hug & will be thankful.

I don't think u can get VPS that costs around $1-4. I only have my enco rdp costs $10.90
