im using ivonavoices (paid) + balabolka. (free)

PS: you can download ivona voices from torrents if u can't afford

Why dont you just voice over by yourself? Every text to speech converter will have some minor flaws best would be to use your own voice.

This. I've searched far and wide for a text-to-speech program that sounds realistic, but they all sound like a robot. Just grab a mic and do it yourself.

This is the most effective solution so far.

You can use google translate voice feature, too. But you have to edit the tone with audacity to make it better.
