Yahoo Answers Question

I answered a YA question and put my url in the source as http... but it's not clickable in the answer after I submit. Am I missing something? I've done this before with no problem.

I think yahoo made some changes and now it depends upon your level. If you are level 1, then your links may not be clickable.

Yes, YA changed the rules earlier this month. You now need to be Level 2 before your links are clickable. It's their attempt to control spam.

Yeap, I am having a problem with Yahoo too.
They started this new rule on the 1st of July.

All answers are unclickable till you reach level 2.

So I sugges that you randomly answer people by using ezinearticle sources.
For example, if a person ask about some diet question.. go to ezine and find an article.. just copy and paste it.

ok .. here is the solution to your question sweet and simple

create 3 yahoo account
acount A
acount B
acount C

then go to YA and from acount B & C ask 5 questions each and then answer them from acount A and select it as best answer do it about 2 to 3 times till the acount A get upgraded to level 2 then you can post as many links u want and all the links you posted from that account will become clickable

if it works do remember to hit the Thanks button

i have done the trick to get to rank 2, then i went up to rank 3, and then when i got to rank 4 i got banned lol. i kept my account only 50% best answer too.

For your info, just having a high Best Answers percentage won't necessarily get you banned. I have a YA account where I'm at Level 5 and have a Best Answers rating of 78%.

I did get banned by YA one time, and never knew why. Of course I asked them, but they never answered my questions. I think they're a bit quirky sometimes.

What's the quickest way to level 2?

By posting as many as answers as you can daily. Pretty simple really, to avoid being banned once you are level two, simply answer questions which are very niche related, answer them propely and just say at the end of the mesasge "My website, blah blah blah [link]"
