That's strange, mate. If you were hosting it on wordpress.com or wix or something they could confuse it for a social network but in your case I'm out of ideas why it's being taken to be a social net.

No, they won't answer emails, they probably get a billion applications per day and 99% are surely spam. If you're 100% right about being right, then create a social media post and cite Amazon, see if they respond via FB or Twitter.

Your best bet is to re-submit the application. Maybe your domain looks like some well-known social network website

Is that the same domain that you showed me?? If yes then the guys over Amazon associate are really foolish.
Resubmit the application and also check in your website section if you mistakenly added something.
