How to avoid facebook blocks

Do you guys have any tips or tricks,to prevent facebook from restricting my account for posting to groups,i manage to do like 40~ youtube link shares to different groups and then i get banned for few days :// any help?

Act like a normal person and never get banned / restricted again.

Would a normal person log on each day and post 40 youtube links in different groups? I don't think so. But if you post couple of links every now and then and combine that with usual facebook engagement (like "friends" post, upload new profile photos, like some celebrity page,...) you're gonna be alright.

The trick is to have multiple accounts and most importantly TAKE CARE OF THEM and you will never have any problems.

Use multiple FB accounts and proxies for example, you have 20, use 3 accounts today, use other 3 tomorrow, etc etc, leave that some accounts rest in perspective that you don't do spam but do normal things.

Post less than 10 groups/day per account. Run other activity as well such as like/comments.
