I think they don't accept anyone outside U.S nowadays (for worker)
The filters are set to U.S only.

Look for other freelancing jobs mate.

Anyone can open you an account with U.S proxies but what will you do in the long run?
How will you receive your payment? They will verify address it would be very complicated for you.
Not worth it.

They do accept people outside USA. i'm from ALGERIA ( north africa ) and i got declined first time then after a few days/weeks they approved my application. i have done some works made some 80$ then dropped it. takes a lot of times for pennies and that's not really good but anyways YES they do accept people from other countries.

hello my friend i'm from algeria too but i try to sign up in mturk but still always not accept i can't wait more than that its been 4months and nothing new yet , how much can i wait ????? how long exactry it takes for you to get accepted???????

It took me about 6 months to get approval
