Looking for private dedicated residential proxy for paypal

Actually , hacked RDP is the best option , it is residential , private and not data center IP, but the only problem is Hacked rdp normally will go offline couple of days later. rented RDPs like aminserve.com, webpundits.com, kitdos.com, or awesomerdp.com is second option, but they provide data center ip makes me a little worried . Any suggestions? Paypal is really sensitive I need to use dedicated ip to register and aging account for 2-3 month . Is there any good alternatives to fit my criteria , I've tried bestproxyandvpn.com , http://super-socks.com/ , https://5socks.net none of them works, paypal blacklisted or not dedicated . I have paypal blacklist checker, I'm not 100% sure the Accuracy but it helps me a lot.

it's easy to find dedicated private proxy on, http://www.privateproxyreviews.com
But, it's datacenter IP address, i don't think that's safe to your account when you use proxies for survey.

it's not easy to find a good one..for residential usually really slow, specifically you're use it for survey.
you may try on google as "residential vpn" try your luck..

You can't, sorry I use a Canadian IP mobile pool...
