Which website platform is best?

I ave a website but i need to transfer it to a different platform, I want one that will not fade out anytime soon. I have to be able to manage and update photos and informaton as needed. I am no expert, so something similar to a drag and drop is preferred. It needs to be mobile friendly and I would like it to look something like this site

Also, if i were to transfer my site to a different platform would I lose any google rankings I have?

What would you charge to transfer it for me?

That site in question is using weebly platform. Use Wordpress for your requirement as plugins can help in customising and most free themes are also mobile friendly.

If you save SEF, structure and don't change site content you do not get sanctions from Google

IMO the WordPress platform is best in terms of customization. You will have to contact a web developer in order to transfer your website successfully.
