A site with functions like that is no kid's play. So if you get some too good to be true quotes from people, it would be too good to be true. Stay careful. Just giving you a heads up.

I am a PHP dev myself, but something like that is super complex and not worth the time and effort for me, unless the amount is super huge.

can you design a website like serpbook for us ? we dont need all of their features .
here is what I want from developer :

- A clean website design + unique content for our website ( not copy )
- Track Google rankings only ( Not Yahoo , Bing , YouTube )
- Monthly search column for each keyword
- Keyword ranking at first ( once user add it ) .. current keyword ranking
- in dashboard user must able to see keyword ranking changes in a day , in a week & in a month
- we need all of these info in our website :

- users must be able to check DA & PA of their domains ( Just DA&PA )
