Why not use openload.co. They allow hosting and you don't have to upload since you can use remote upload. Also they pay per views+no bandwidth costs on yourself.

The movie niche is extremely competitive nowadays, I honestly don't think it's worth investing money into it especially your own hosting.

would you please provide more details about your Server / vps requirement and the amount of traffic you are receiving e,t,c
