Buying views with MCN SAFER?

Hi, I've recently bought views for the first time for about 8 of my videos now. I've decided to add some HR views to videos that were already monetized and obviously i had to switch monetization off while i was getting the views. When i turned monetization back on, i got the yellow $ sign with the video now being "monetization under review". I know if i join MCN my videos will never go into "monetization under review" and it might be a safer way to to my youtube business but i am not sure of that and the following.

If i join MCN, does MCN still display ads from adsense and does that MCN use adsense but they just take the cut of your revenue or they use their own ads platform of some kind and in a way if i join MCN i will have nothing to do with adsense and again in a sense will cut myself loose from Adsense?

If you are purchasing good HR views you wont have to think for it as they will be adsense safe and wont do any changes in your adsense earnings.

I buy views from sellers in this forums marketplace which i'd think are good HR views. but sorry no answer about mcn, anyone?

MCN is cool if you're getting into some copyright or other kind of content related TOS problems, since if MCN cares for it's members you can simply get in touch with them and deal with the subject before actually receiving a punishment from the big G and therefore avoid copyright\community strikes. It doesn't not affect your views. If your content is legit, YT will simply delete the part of your views which they believe are fake in case they've found out. The thing you should keep in mind, is that you want to avoid getting any money from said fake views. To ensure that, contact your views provider before a purchase and ask if his views are monetizable or not. If not, it's cool. Otherwise you have to disable monetization on your video until your provider stops directing any views to your video.
Back to your question, yes MCN technically use an adsense to compensate a deficient of their own ads. Nobody can answer if one will be earning more or less than adsense, even MCN's owners but generally it depends on how much MCN cares about it's members. I'd suggest smaller, niche-oriented MCNs if your channel isn't really huge, because they are often more straight forward with their contracts and easier to get along. Also try to avoid lock-in contracts since they are known to only be used by money-grabbing networks nowdays whose only purpose is to steal part of your income.
