anyone else not able to pay via paypal, or just me? i contacted them, told them their pp integration has problem, and they said no other has a single transaction failure.
I'm very reluctant to send in the money manually (their kind advice), as i would've preferred doing it via the system (it's suppose to be a recurring thing). And also, I have an old account (without subscription since it's expired) that can't log in (i was able to login previously) to the dashboard having just updated the email (because their pp payment failed so i thought it was my email problem but it's not), and the support doesn't seem to want to solve both issues.
I also said, it makes no sense that my transaction cannot go through.
1. I made payment all the time to various services.
2. I purposely made a payment to other service to test and it works.
3. I have an account with them, with earlier working subscription (if you say because i canceled my sub for the next month and pp rejects it because i canceled it from pp which is a must, i've done that with various others plenty of time without any issues)
4. I did all the clear cache, cookie, even used different browser as suggested by g search
