Ad networks that accept “gray-hat” product ads?

I am looking for recommendations of ad networks that accept ads which mainstream networks like AdWords or fb won’t. Hopefully with traffic quality not being a total waste of money and time. Cheers!

I saw no one responded to you. I work in digital media and their are so many ad networks out there. The bigger ones that come to mind are Brightroll, AdRoll, Tremor, Nativo, AOL, etc. I would do a search for "Top Digital ad networks" find the company and see how you can be added to their network.

Use cloaker and can put almost anything on adwords or FB ads.
