little program in desktop application needed

Good day. I would need little application which can do following.

you can enter url into it and it will go into easyurl net and create short url, as easyurl lets you make unlimited out of one. And you can tell the program how many you want. then it copies both redirects it gave easy url gives 2 every time
ie.

something.easyurl.net
easyurl.net/something

then export the links maybe.

I was also thinking following , load list of url in digg ie digg.com/http://something
and then return the url dig gave for it ie. digg.com/92yq3h

Please post here or pm your quote. don't think these are really hard to make afterall. proxy support would be ok but not needed

Sorry not what i am looking for , and i still would need make the redirects. though this so i can make them easy and fast. But also anonymously.
