Instagram planner ? Instagram AUTO POSTER!

So i have been posting daily(manually) on my Instagram and gained a huge following this year their wasn't even a day i missed. And now i am looking for an legit autoposter/planner because sometimes its so stressfull to get internet.
I have found some providers like hootsuit but i dont know if their good or not?
Does someone know a good programm where i can plan and auto post to instagram?

massplanner you can cancel every month, but for the extra module to autopost its a one time payment.

1.Do you know how much the scheduling module costs?
2.The task will run online right?( I dont have to run my computer that my scheduled post will be published ? / just a bit confused because you have to download a programm
