You paid for PL version + you used Polish bank account not paypal. I answered your question and you should contact our support in Polish version. Bank transfers takes time and are not activated automaticly. Only when you pay via Paypal you have your account ready within 1 minute. I passed your info also to our staff but you should know that yesterday was a bank holiday and now we have weekend here. I will ping them again. Answered your question on PM but please pm me again with your email ( coz you didn't give any details )

It depends on the quality of directory link. You have to try it yourself coz every link is different.

As someone mentioned that they would have a "poor support" I would like to kick in with a few words. I got my credits since today so it's too early to give a review about the quality of the indexing service itself, but support has been great so far. Wasn't able to process the automatic payment with PayPal and @xenoxen gave me the opportunity to send the payment manual. After I sent the payment I got my full setup account with my credits in no matter of time, totally satisfied yet. Will come back in a week or two to review the indexing service itself.
