Need to make movie site

Hi

i want to create a site like fmovies.to, 123movies.is
same functionality and user interface but in wordpress with same or better page load speed
i have worked on this type of sites already i know how things work
i can generate 50k visitors from first day if any skilled developer/designer want to partnership with me for long time.

partnership will be on 70-30
70% will be mine as i'll pay server bills and other expenses.

Do you upload videos or just add movie video links ?

Well i have experience of 6 years in this niche and let me tell u i worked on single movie site and i was able to get 150K visits in first month.
well i had to do a lot of work but i succeed and i have a lot innovative methods to get traffic but all i need a good developer and designer.
