Yet Another Instagram Journey (50K)

Hi everyone!

This is my first thread here, I hope that I'm doing everything right.

Yeah another IG journey...but I wanted to share this with you anyway.
I'm a newbie (I started with instagram less than 2 months ago) and I'll need some help. I read a lot of journeys here and all of them motivated me to try it myself.

I have 2 accounts with 4k and 5,4k respectively in the fitness and weed niche. For the weed one I'm using Instagress for following/unfollowing/liking while I do all manually with fitness one (engagement groups). For monetizing I really have no idea yet, maybe I'll sell shoutouts in the future (maybe affiliate marketing would be a good choice for the weed account). So for now I'll be focusing on growing the followers.

That would take months. I wouldn't recommend it. Your best bet is creating a trending meme page. Like "Kermit" and pay a bigger IG page to share your post and pay for shoutouts. I personally wouldn't pay more than $25 look for accounts that have 300k+ followers IG is hard to monetize so they won't mind getting $25 for just a shoutout.

Best of luck for your journey, I will watch this thread, because I also started a new Instagram project, if you need tips or want to exchange ideas just write me a message.

I would recommend buying FL or MP, when you want to do the instagram thing longer than 2-3 months. For 1 account you pay 9.99 for 1 month on instagress, you get the same with MP and more accounts and also for just 10$ more you get a lot of more great features! Sorry I am currently in love with MP haha

I used instagress back in the days and was able to grow an account to 20k without any shoutouts, but yes It takes a huge amount of time. I never did shoutout and idk if this is a very effective method?!

I mean 50K with both accounts together. Maybe I'll add another account. So I'm at almost 10k followers right now.
40k to go and I hope that it won't take more than 2 months!

Account 1: 5,560 (+180)

Account 2: 4,168 (+198)

Total Followers = 9,728 (+378)

I never paid for shoutouts and I don't know if they are effective or not..

They have a separate IG module. Mainly I use it for scheduling my posts. So every month I add like ~90 pictures and it runs a whole month on autopilot. Perhaps I look at the settings and stuff.

But I guess if you want to post manually then FL is the better alternative, because it is cheaper in the long run.

I guess I will try shoutouts, when my page hits like 10k

That's an amazing engagement. I'm getting like 200+ likes per pic but without doing likes round on engagement groups or anything.

Little Update: The fitness account only gained 145 followers because the bot in engagement group didn't work properly

Account 1: 5,797 (+237)

Account 2: 4,313 (+145)


Total Followers = 10,110 (+382)
