ok I am pretty sad with their trial and service I wrote a big email to them asking them to help me out! My trial got over and 200$ got deducted and what I got in 10 days was just a rank tracking dashboard with no rank changes.
Also they promised me they will mail me steps for onsite website optimization I never received anything.
Why are you guys giving out trial or anything if you are not concerned about your customer ?
