How Should I monetize this? Large possibilities Music Industry

Hello BHW

Every conversion I get through oGads gets me an new subscriber on my e-mail list. I've been thinking about ways to monetize this but I am still not sure what to do. All the leads are in the niche Music industry of multiple artists.

I thought about creating a news/music website and youtube channel, selling t-shirts but I don't think this will have a great conversion rate. do you have any ideas?

Note: All leads are really targeted and are in this format:
firstname, lastname, e-mail
