Twitter Follow Limit Loophole?

For some reason it's not allowing me to sign up either once I get to the payment method part.

This actually seems legit. The account owner is the 4th on the accounts with most followings list. He must know something.
The info must be valuable, but $2k/month still sounds a bit steep to me.

i think he has a contract with twitter -_- like this turkish guy who is able to follow up to 77k
next to B.L. in the following list are 2 of his customers; located too in the LA area

Yeah no luck unfortunately on figuring out how to follow thousands upon thousands a day. I went to that one website that had rates starting at $2000 and noticed they have like 5 people who are following thousands upon thousands. I sent them all messages on Twitter, but none of them responded.
They don't have special Twitter privileges. They know some API glitch/hack.
Maybe we could all chip in $$$ or something to get the method and then just keep it shared between whomever chipped in $$$. Do you think getting that method is worth paying thousands for? I personally do. I just wish I could get one of them to respond to me.
