When you bought the VPS you didn't ask this kind of Question whether the Site is able to access or not. Those who ask we replied with proper answer.. Even we change your IP so far I saw. Not like taking money and didn't change. You should have asked this before you bought the service.

Looks like you are using the vps for several months and now asking this. We simply said to Proxies to access the Site. We are not Proxy Company like changing the IP Each month. We use our IP Block. If you want I can check on our other 3 Location whether site site is loading or not. If works you can move there else we are sorry.​

Sorry to use your sales thread for this but your support sucks!

Now after the 3rd month the server / VPS plan get slower and slower.. I asked your support last month for help and they came with the same shitty answer as the big hosting corps that don't have any tech- knowledge.. Please upgrade with ram and disk space!!

Well, the only thing I use your VPS for is to surf BHW and browse some other websites using Internet Explorer. But it seems this is already too much for your server! So if you can't get it fixed because you are overselling as every other hosting company that has to prostitute them self to survive then just let me know here and I'm out! I have found similar services around already that I'm testing.. your service is No.1 in the slowest solution I have found so far!

As I said, your support ignores the problem so this was my last step to try to get this sorted out.
