What's the biggest problem you face with IM?

None Actually. Only Problem or frustrating think i faced through my IM Career(almost 4 years) is Gaining Weight. Money increases and so does the weight and fat around belly and love handles.
Hitting the gym and good clean diet has helped a lot.
To the guys starting out with IM: Dollars are good but your health is important. Sitting on Computer for lot of hours won't help. You don't need six pack abs just keep yourself fit that is it.

Being sick and also my high morals and ideals, which seem to be not part of this IM world. Also being quite convinced that lazyness is a good thing (depends on situations) and greedyness is a bad thing

its easier to build a blog nowadays we have severan platforms and i think wordpress is easier, rank fast. But to rank your website in Search engines takes time and need to build quality backlinks. ranking first page deponds on the competition. You need to work consistently and keep building backlinks and write Good content for people before search engines.

Seems like some people have further questions about how to get decent traffic numbers and those who are comfortable/making bank/no results yet are having more issues with how to actually get things done.
I looked up some stats on concentration times and it seems that 20 minutes appears to be the optimal time for fully focused concentration (is in not multi tasking).
Some tools that have helped me are e.ggtimer.com which is a really simple countdown clock that beeps so you can set this for like 20 minutes and then reward yourself with checking stats or facebook or whatever, as long as you focus for those 20 minutes.
Other advice would be staying off youtube, getting a decent set of headphones and loading up a relaxing playlist, also invest in a comfortable chair and desk set up as you may need to grind out the hours.
I'm by no means an expert on productivity but I'm also extremely lazy so these few hacks have helped me to get some things done.
As for traffic generation I've been branching out a little away from just SEO and trying things with twitter and other platforms which have yielded much faster traffic generation but keep your business ABC - the find thing to find is demand and then you must supply - here's an example for you, in the UK a popular TV show at the minute is first dates, often people go on twitter to comment on this using a certain hashtag - I'd be willing to be a certain number of those people could be single so perhaps an offer for a dating site would be a decent idea.
Never limit yourself to just one traffic generation methods, get studying and come up with ideas, find demand FIRST and then figure out how to supply them.
