Those who are verified or have good i-trader are more trustable---or put more bluntly, way more experienced members have been burned by non-paying noobs, than the reverse. Is the OP willing to pay more on the back end, or let the SEO pro co-monetize the site in some way, to compensate for the higher risk they are putting on the provider?
