Warm up settings?

I need a facebook account, but it seems that I post too quickly. I join 16 groups right after I create the groups. It doesn't get instantly locked, but in 2-3 days it gets locked.
Any help is welcome.

join groups after 7 days, post to groups after 14 days min (i stick to 21 days) you`ll need to like, post, add friends etc after 24hrs but start at low levels so the account looks really. if you`re not using proxies 10 new accounts a day.

Thanks it really does help. So you suggest that I make max 10 accs per IP? Does it matter if it is an amazon VPS IP?

if you are using a dynamic IP 10 accounts a day, if you`re using a VPS you`ll need proxies as the ips are fixed. How may accounts per proxy depends on what you're doing with them.

Take it very easy at first. What I do normally is I create the account as an attractive lady (look for stock images?), add a couple of people in the area (are you using a proxy?) and wait a couple of days. You'll start getting loads of invites form thirsty blokes - accept them! Make sure you've got documents sorted for your person as well as a phone number. The warmup should take quite a while - be patient. Over the course of a few weeks you can start testing the limits. Hope this helps!
