It didn't get reported, at least as far as I could see. I read a lot of stuff on the forum but I can't be everywhere. Same goes for the rest of the mods.

Matt Woodward is his own brand - generally, criticism of public figures is fair comment (I'll admit that, on reading it, the ad hominem attacks by Fishkin are pretty childish but the only person he's making look stupid is himself). If this was an attack on a member who hadn't set themselves up for this sort of scrutiny that would be a different matter entirely. Also, Matt is a smart guy who's making a lot of money. Having met him, I can't imagine that one of our baby trolls would bother him in the slightest - the fact that he's engaging here is great.

And this wonderfully supercilious tone: "moderate without bias" - this isn't a thing. There are hundreds of little cliques and groups with conflicting interests and competing services or cultural differences. You no idea how many "it isn't fair, you let him get away with too much" comments I get, often from both the people who are arguing with each other at the time. Your "objective moderation" is another person's extreme bias. We try to stay as unbiased as we can but pleasing everyone just isn't feasible. Whatever we do, there'll always be someone moaning.

I think it's quite impressive how some of the members here value the forum so much that they go out of their own way to report dodgy members and prevent potential scams.

I know what it's like to be scammed and, twice now, I've been taken for a few hundred $. If only members on those forums/ sites did what Asif and some of the others do, me and hundreds of others would have been saved a lot of time, money, and anguish.

Keep it up @Asif WILSON Khan @MrE @Zwielicht , you do a lot of good.

P.s. what's with all the new accounts popping up recently with weird theories?

Nope. Not entirely sure how you got that from what I said. Fair comment is fair comment. Name calling and abuse isn't.
But you want us to do something about it, you need to report it. So many people complain about the trolls - oddly enough the list of members who moan the loudest never actually correlate to the ones who report the issues.

@trustedfire9 - Mods can look into it & decide, I'm PMing them info to see if anything matches your acct but let this be a lesson to others who think they're so smart, you should keep your mouth shut as you brought this on yourself by being a dick in this thread for no reason. You and Ravager were the only ones to share that link EVER.... within a few days of each other, both of you do SEO, & have similar writing styles. Ravager was conveniently banned from BHW a few months before you joined, let's just hope you didn't sign into BHW from Sri Lanka or Malaysia

@UNhappy - I'd be happy to chat about how I got Exec, it was earned and not politcal whatsoever. I shared a ton of valuable content back in 2009-2011 and was promoted based on a share I made/voted by fellow peers long before any of the current management took over - In fact I was denied once based on my history, a temporary ban I received & being an outsider. There was a Jr. Vip compromise and a digital investigator from Perkins Coie was on the forum gathering evidence against members here which was the basis for future lawsuits against a handful of BHW members. I had my post history wiped immediately upon being quietly tipped off, kept a low profile and luckily avoided some legal headaches.

I think I've only briefly spoken once with management regarding an account issue. This was purely based on trustedfire9 being a dick here for no reason which rubbed me the wrong way and I had a few minutes of spare time to kill. The point is he put a target on his back for no reason and if he did indeed slip up back in 2010 he has no one to blame but himself.

Without asking for any details, what was the overall subject of the lawsuits? Email spam? Not asking for details just broadly what was it?
