Looking for Viral Stories poster on Wordpress.

I'm looking for a guy/girl who will be working on the newly created Wordpress Viral News/articles website.
This will be an ongoing project, however, no contract or time limits in advance.

Requirements:
Has to have a basic understanding of content management system (add post, title, tags, etc)
Should be actively engaged in social medias and should be fluent in English of course (not nativeness needed)

Can pay with PP.
