Do you guys have any idea how can I monetize running my second laptop 24/7?
So I can leave my spare laptop running 24/7 whole time. I though I can somehow monetize this kind of opportunity? Even when I get as little as $10 a day it would be something (practically I can pay month college fee and have +$10), but more is better.

Any ideas please? Every idea is good idea

You need to have your brains and creativity running 24 hours a day.

A laptop costs what? 200 dollars? If leaving laptops on all day made $10/day then I'd buy 1000 laptops and each would make $10 forever after the 20th day.

Try in Hire section, maybe you can find a work that you can do at least 5$ per day or in freelance website like upwork or freelancer.com.

Going through the comments and I do think it is not fair if someone asks a question and then we take it personal. Let us try to be true and help a friend out. I know it is quite hard to get the best service for the idle laptop. However, I will encourage that you start running bots on your laptop for people so that they can be doing some tasks and get paid for that. It is the only great idea that criss crossed my mind.
