I believe that I have been more than lenient, but it got to the point where I no longer have any trust in this service. Several "self imposed deadlines" were missed, giving me no option but to ask for a refund, after a couple more requests for refunds he said that if I wanted my money back to open a dispute. So within Paypal I opened a dialogue requesting a full refund of the $449 that I had paid for his service. He did not reply to the request, but the next day I discovered a payment of 97cents had been payed by him into my Paypal account ( SO THIS IS HOW YOU WANT TO PLAY IT). The bottom line is KingMaker offered a service, within a set deadline for completion and not only failed to meet it but did not even make a start. I have until my last 2 posts within this thread, kept this between us through the PM system, to give him the opportunity to resolve this amicably, but it appears that being a Gentleman does not work, so the gloves are off!!

@Geoff Rodgers Why are you asking him on paypal, when you MODs are active here? You can start a thread in shit list, there he must reply and give you refund.
