Vice versa, video to be suggested is yours. Also, title and other factors obviously help, but its not necessarily required. The more you do to your video (title, likes, views, backlinks, shares, etc) the better it can/will likely rank for the suggested video. Again, its not required though.

Haven't figured out an exact number yet, but basically if a video has 150k-200k views, you're not going to rank for it with only 10,000 views.

Our views are instant start. Youtube has a 6 hour delay, did you wait at least 6 hours? If not, thats why. Like you should see briefly after added too.
Suggested views are views from our system, everything you get once you show under suggested is yours for free since you'll get them naturally.
Made some adjustments to free views, feel free to try again. If you want the best chance of organic views, purchase suggested views and rank under a competitor/similar video to get people to then watch your video afterwards.
We didn't change pricing at all, suggested views is the same price it has been from the time we launched it a few days ago. It 100% works, I've tested it countless times. Lemme guess though, you're one of those people who doesn't read the notice when selecting those views and did 10,000 suggested views for a video with 1 million views. Send me your link so I can look at the order, I'm willing to bet anything you didn't read the notice and added it for an amount smaller than the video you want to rank for.
Same thing as above. Did you read the notice when selecting suggested views? Did you add 10k suggested for a video that has 1 million? How many did you add it for and how many does the video you wanted to rank under suggested have? Send me the link. You can't just add 10k to a video with 100k+ and expect it to work....
(Personally i have read all your post about suggested views, and i understand you are pissed no problem.)
