i like google, ranking is not easy. adwords .. can't do with $100 at all
i like facebook . fb ads are not so cheap. spamming groups not so easy now

Signup for getresponse or similar email service provider.

yeah try FB ads with good affiliate offers.
just dont throw $$$/traffic straight to website or offer page. Make a land page grab emails and market offer every day or week you think relevant to those people

by this way you will earn alot more in long run
