those are very often used in Clubs in Holland etc. by younger people 16-25 years its legal in here.
how can i explain:
you put the gas in a balloon and inhale it than you feel kinda High for 10-15 mins and everything is funny
it doesnt bring any harm for short term for long term use like Daily it can bring but its not very dangerous its like a party drug
