Instagram follow ban

So after having my instagram for like two weeks I guess I was following a lot of people and was put on a ban. It's been 3 months now and every time I follow too many people I'm always put on a 12 hour follow ban. Is there anything I could do about this? I've had week long breaks of not following people and i'll still have a the same ban if I follow too many people.

Do you mind giving us an idea of how many people you were following when you got the bans?

I haven't heard of any way to get around the bans except simply not following too many people. Maybe start liking photos as well so you get a better follow back ratio?

I was following around 250-350 peope a day the OK number where I don't get a ban is around 150-250. I like around 350-450 pictures a day. It really isn't excessive at all.

Make sure your IP is clean. I am from Chengdu, China and I will use IP from Sakhalin, Russia or similar.

Oh damn, that's pretty conservative. The fact that it's that low makes me think that it's something else triggering the ban. Make sure to look at everything to see if you can find the problem.

man read the forum... how old is your account?, are you posting?, are you using proxy?, are you comenting, liking, following, unfollowing?

i think the problem could be of low following range that looks kinda botty. i mean your range is 250-300. i reccomend make the range bigger for example 150-300.
at least it works with me and im not having follow blocks
